Step 1: Experience – Our leather specialist who cleans your coat has been in business for more than 100 years and knows just what can go wrong and has applied all those lessons learned to the cleaning process. Specialty puffers should not be washed or dry cleaned. The most typical issues with this are loss of color, color bleeding and improper feather distribution. 

Step 2: The Cleaning – Our specialist uses a unique, gentle and environmentally friendly cleaning process to gently remove stains and restore your coat to its original look. This process is time-consuming, but maintains vibrant colors and keeps your jacket color bright. We think it’s worth it. 

Step 3: Feather Distribution – One of the most important parts of the cleaning process is to ensure proper and even feather distribution so there is no clumping or uneven look to your coat. We always ensure that this is the case.

We also specialize in cleaning leather, suede and fur. Our specialist has a unique and gentle process to clean and restore these garments. They are treated first for stain removal and then cleaned with a gentle process that preserves color and feel of the garment. If something requires a little color touch-up, that can be done as well. Leather, suede and fur should never be dry cleaned or washed, as this can destroy the color and feel of the garment. Turnaround time is approximately 7 to 10 business days. We have cleaned more than 3000 leather, suede and fur garments. 

Wedding Dress Cleaning

• Wedding dresses should not be washed or dry cleaned
• The entire cleaning process takes several hours and involves lots of hand cleaning and gentle steam pressing
• Can be returned on a hanger or in a special box with preservation paper

We also have a unique and gentle process for cleaning wedding dresses. They are first treated for stain removal and then cleaned with a unique and gentle process for preservation and cleanliness. This process involves hours of time by hand for the cleaning process and specialized steam pressing.
