I have been using your service for a couple of years and have been satisfied so far. The only thing I would say I want more of is, emails about discounts. Discounts are always nice to get!
I’ve been using TLC for 5 years and they do what they’re supposed to do. My clothes are clean, dry cleaning returned when and how it’s supposed to be, and if there’s a problem they respond helpfully – they don’t bite yer head off. Can’t ask for more.
I’ve been using TLC for the past six months and overall have been pleased with their services. Their prices are fair and they always are good about getting wash and fold or dry cleaning back to you quickly. The service is always friendly and I like that they have specials. I’ve had a few times recently where I’ve gotten back socks that weren’t mine and one time recently using dry cleaning where my item came back with stains that it didn’t leave with. Overall though I’ve been pleased with the service and have recommended it to others.

Great service and everything can be done online from scheduling pick up and delivery to instructions to any questions you may have. The high level of attention and customer service is something you would hope for from amazon – never from your local dry cleaner. A great experience.

I have been using the wash and fold service and dry cleaning for a few months and I am very satisfied. The hours are good (open on sunday) and they allow you customize your wash preferences which is an added perk.

My boyfriend and I love TLC. We see them at least twice a week if not more and they are always catering to our troubles. Whether it be stained work shirts or tailoring or just a wash and fold – TLC does it all. The staff is super friendly and honest, we wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I love Todd Layne Cleaners! I’ve been a customer for just over 6 months now and I really enjoy the fact that they are open on Sundays. I’ve been using them primarily for dry cleaning and love that it is eco friendly. Also, the staff is friendly and the store is very clean.
