All of our lives we have heard eat all of your fruits and vegetables. Well I guess there was a reason why we were told this…eating  a diet rich in fruits and vegetables as part of an overall healthy diet reduces the risk for stroke and other chronic diseases, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  So the moral of this story is to eat all your fruits and veggies, don’t wear them!

Fruit or Vegetable stain removal: Spray the diluted dishwashing soap on the stain to remove the sugars. Using an eyedropper, flush the area with vinegar and then hydrogen peroxide to remove any remaining color. Follow up with an enzyme detergent to remove residue before washing.
