In many instances, New Yorkers are busy and have many other important things to do. They question whether someone will take their clothes while they are gone or touch their garments and move them out of the washer or dryer. It’s a genuine concern in most laundromat’s in NYC and according to our customer surveys, one of the most important considerations when choosing a laundromat.
